This course discusses the methods used to manage media institutions in terms of their work centrality, strategic planning, and setting out a timetable for the accomplishment of press materials.  It focuses also on how to organize material resources and the establishment of a network of relations with wide news outlets/sources for the purpose of drawing a large number of people around this institution.  Furthermore, it focuses on the development of human resources at the press institutions and the formulation of general policies and procedures concerning them.
