The importance of this course lies in the fact that knowing and understanding the demographic situation in Palestine is one of the most important pillars for the development process and for the development of strategies and planning for the future of Palestine.

It would be inconceivable to understand the current situation or the population needs and monitor the trends in the public opinion in isolation and without regard to the influence of communication and the employment of its various means of audio-visual and written to change the perception and behavior of the pollution.  This course sheds light on a set of themes and concepts pertaining to population, population development, and population planning.
