This course focuses on the definition of the concept of public relation and how it works and functions at various institutions.   This course focuses also on the personal qualities and professional qualifications which must be manifested in the conduct of the public relation expert along with the methods used for dealing and interacting with domestic/internal and external public opinion of the institution and the expert’s relation with different mass media outlets such as the press, magazines, radio and TV outlets.
